Stability of Action–that’s a mouthful, wonder what it means? I’m sure you’ll all heard the saying, ‘running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off’. And as a kid growing up on the farm I did help my Dad kill the chickens, and I remember one time I let go of the chicken too soon, and indeed, it did run around for awhile. Quite a childhood memory for sure! Anyway, that’s just to prove that the saying is accurate, it does happen. So what does that mean to us? Do you sometimes find yourself going around in circles and not really getting anything accomplished? Or do you spend time on the internet playing ‘mindless’ games because you don’t know what to do next? I know that I’ve put many hours into Farmville, just to have my crops wither and my animals starve–well, not the animals, but you know what I mean. It feels like activity that doesn’t have much purpose or much meaning. At least it does to me.
So what does Stability of Action mean? And why would be want it. It’s about containment, it’s about creating boundaries, it’s about actually accomplishing projects that are on our list of activities. And it does keep us from running around with no purpose, doing activity for the sake of just doing something.
Having the ability to have some stability is very important during these frequent infusions of Light and Energy. It’s about having our activity actually accomplish what we wish to do and complete that task.
Your shape of the day is the Red Cube–which creates Stabilization of activity. Let me know what you notice. More tomorrow.
