We are receiving solar flares, solar winds and sunspots each and every day. This is bringing more and more light into the atmosphere. As this light reaches us, we are noticing it the most in our physical and emotional bodies. Physical symptoms range from exhaustion to aching joints, muscles. You name it and it’s probably from the activity from our sun. Besides the physical symptoms we are also experiencing emotional outbursts. You will notice the craziness from the news and you can watch your own fluctuation of emotions. Are you as patient as normal? Do little things bother you, that haven’t before?
Here’s some data from Space Weather. So this comes from the scientists, not just me guessing about what’s happening to us. Sunspots begin the cycle, erupt into solar flares and then create solar winds which deliver the light to the earth. We can see the results in the auroras in the night sky. This is a chart telling us how many days we have had no sunspots this year.
Current Stretch: 0 days
2012 total: 0 days (0%)
2011 total: 2 days (<1%)
2010 total: 51 days (14%)
2009 total: 260 days (71%)
Since 2004: 821 days
As you can see, this year it has been every day — compared to 2009 where 71% of the days were spotless.
We are not given any time so to speak to integrate this influx of light. In the past, we could take our time integrating our increased frequency. Now, we must do it each and every day.
So you ask, what am I to do to remain stable and sane?
My advice is always the same, sleep when you need to, do not get upset that you take naps. Drink water, this keeps you hydrated. Your brain is almost 90% water, you’ll be able to think more clearly when you’re hydrated. And don’t drink gatorade, but try coconut water instead. Eat good foods, sugar will take you down into the depth of your emotions. Eat chocolate, preferably dark chocolate for the minerals. Laugh as much as possible for each of us is going through the same thing. Hugs your family and friends often, knowing that you are not going through this alone. Find some type of movement that will keep you flexible — walking, swimming, yoga, etc. Avoid watching the news, especially politics. This will rile up your emotions and you already have plenty to deal with.
Be happy, don’t ponder about every little ache or pain, they will shift tomorrow.
Get a massage, pamper yourself. Play with children they understand life better than we do. Go to the park and swing and go down the slide. Sing! Even if you think you sound awful, it will give you a lift.
Now it’s time for the commercial–we are bringing a very dear friend here to Iowa from Atlanta, GA. She is going to help us ‘remove’ all the emotional junk that we’ve been carrying around forever! And replace it with angelic templates. That means we’ll be rid of the junk and feel better and be ready to move into this last phase of the shift and transition with grace and ease.
Send me an email, give me a call, comment here on the blog. We have room for a few more people, get your place reserved. You’ll be able to weather the solar storms much easier if you join us on Aug. 24, 25, 26 in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, for the Quantum Leap in the Heartland. Go to the separate page here on this website and read all about it. You’ll be glad that you did. See you in August in Mt. Vernon.
