Seems like there is a new diet every day —  if you look at the end caps by the cashier in every store.  Someone lost over 100 pounds doing x y & z.  We know that it doesn’t stay off, so what’s the deal?  Here’s a hint from a nutritionist.  See if you agree.  Plus you can get her book to read more.  I’m getting started with her suggestions, it’s most definitely a lifestyle change.  Enjoy!
