So these are the days of the month to take very good care of yourself. Nurture you. Be kind to you. Be thoughtful to yourself. And once you are feeling more ‘normal’ you can apply these qualities to those around you, but as they say when you board an airplane. Always put the oxygen mask on first, then take care of those around you. This applies most definitely with these Full Moon energies. So take a bubble bath, watch a good movie, pop some popcorn, snuggle with your honey, be kind and gentle and you’ll be ready for more in a couple of days.
