36 Breaths

Here we are almost to another Full Moon and weekend.  The light from this full moon has been incredible. When you have the chance, invite the healing energies from Grandmother moon to bathe you.  I’m sleeping better, hope you are also.  I’m receiving good feed back from offering the Light Language shapes in the blog.  So I’ll continue to do so from time to time.  Meanwhile I suggest that you remember to take a ‘pause’ during your busy days and breathe.  There is a technique called 36 Breaths. (from this book you can get from Amazon. Click  here — The Touch of Healing: Energizing the Body, Mind, and Spirit With Jin Shin Jyutsu)   Which is simply counting the exhales until you reach 36.  You can do all 36 at once or breath in groups of 9 four times a day.  I do believe my math is correct!  LOL.  Take good care of yourself today for Creator loves you unconditionally.  More tomorrow.
